By using the Site you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. True Healing may amend the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time.
COVID-19
Our healing spaces are sometimes used by people with health conditions, at increased risk or medically unable to vaccinate. Please wear a face mask entering & leaving the building. You may choose to remove it for the duration of your appointment. If you experience symptoms of, or test positive to, COVID-19 or any other contagious condition within 7 days prior to your appointment, please reschedule or cancel to receive a coupon to attend a future session instead.
Invoiced by the Therapist
True Healing was founded to provide the best possible healing space to expert practitioners (“Therapists“) of a wide variety of health and wellness services (“Services“). To best manage the availability of rooms, the Site facilitates the Therapists advertising & selling the Services directly to their customers, managing real-time availability, payments, and notifications on their behalf. The Therapists are solely responsible for the Services they provide. True Healing, to the extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for any consequence of your use of the Services.
GST may not apply
All prices on the Site are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Some Therapists work part-time and may not be required to register for GST. The Site does NOT charge GST on purchases from Therapists not registered for GST. The trading name and ABN of the Therapist providing the Services is displayed on the email confirmation of each purchase, as well as whether GST was charged.
Cancellation policy
Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge until 24 hours prior to the start time. Appointments missed or cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start time incur a real cost to the Therapists and are therefore forfeited in exchange for a coupon to purchase the same type of appointment at half price. We recommend purchasing and completing a single session of a service before purchasing any package of multiple sessions of the same service. Under Australian Consumer Law, a refund is not provided if you simply change your mind. If the circumstances warrant a refund, please send the request in writing via our contact page for us to forward to your Therapist for their response.
