Ok, so I started the 2.2km slope, went about 100 m

Ok, so I started the 2.2km slope, went about 100 mtrs before falling down & recognising that I wasn’t quite ready for it at that stage. I picked my skies up, walked back up to the top & went back to the practice slopes instead.
I could have chosen to beat myself up about not making it down the 2.2km slope, but instead I chose to accept my own level & celebrate where I was.
We get to choose what we put our focus on, positive or negative, even though it can be difficult!

Anyway, the message is from my heart & so here it is 💕
Are you waking up everyday excited for a new day, a fresh start, full of possibility & opportunities?
Or, like many of us, do you often wake & immediately start thinking about all of the tasks ahead of you? Do you sometimes get an ickey feeling at the thought of it all?
Are you someone who wakes up easily in the morning but then quickly starts procrastinating & can’t start the to do list as it feels too big?
Self-care doesn’t have to mean taking hours out of our day, that we don’t have, to get a massage or get our hair done etc. Self-care is more about the little things that we can do consistently, everyday to help us to regulate so that we can experience more ease in our day to day living.
There are many tools that we can use for free, whenever we can squeeze in a couple of minutes for ourself, such as; singing along to a fav tune in the car, dancing to a song or body shaking, taking a few deep & slow, intentional breaths. Getting out in nature, even a couple of minutes on a cuppa break can help.

Boundaries & Burnout! A reminder that we all need

Boundaries & Burnout!
A reminder that we all need to love & protect ourselves first & foremost, before we put ourselves out there to help & support others. This includes mumma’s & pappa’s raising young children!
We are not selfish for needing to take time for ourselves to rest & replenish our energy. I know this can feel very difficult to do & like I said in the video, it’s something that I (& I think many of us) regularly battle with!
If you are struggling with taking time for yourself, small breaks can make a big difference.
I encourage you to speak up, ask friends or family to help you out in whatever way it might help you… maybe look after the kids for a couple of hours or do a grocery shop for you/make you a dinner?
If alone, maybe do your food shop online & get it delivered, hire a baby sitter or unplug from your phone for a couple of days?
Anything that can help you out & lighten the load a little!

Feeling so grateful that I was able to spend 4 day

Feeling so grateful that I was able to spend 4 days up close & personal with these 4 legends + my first ever trip to the US to see them.
Each of them have such big hearts & passion for the messages that they bring! They do much needed work, through their books & tours, spreading world changing perspectives.
Bruce Lipton even bought my husband a coffee one morning 💕
Magical souls, who have each faced pushback/ridicule from their peers & discouragement from those around them and yet they have continued to speak their truths & follow their own paths.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank them all!! xx

The way we change the world is to start with ourselves, focusing on our own health & happiness, living life to the fullest, with as much love & joy as possible, taking life one day at a time.
I will be using the tools i learnt & sharing them with my community in Western Australia!

Soooo sooo excited!!! The time has come for me to head to Scottsdale, Arizona for 4 days with Dr Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, Anita Moorjani & Shamini Jain… oh & my husband 😆
In order to completely absorb this amazing experience, I will be stepping back from work/admin tasks. Our amazing practitioners are all still at South Perth as usual, but the phone might not get answered whilst sessions are in progress.

What if our bodies are just a vessel for our being

What if our bodies are just a vessel for our beings in this world? What if at the end of our short human life we go back to something else? Whatever or wherever we’re from.
Would that change how you look at the world, how you see things? If each experience was something that you only get to experience as a human on Earth. Things like the sound of birds singing or the wind blowing against your face or the sun warming your skin. What if all of that is a unique experience here, would you take more notice of those things? Would you, maybe look at your body differently? When you think of all the things that our bodies do automatically for us like breathing, pumping blood and fluid around as it needs to, clearing out toxins and waste. What if you knew that we are a part of something much much bigger beyond our comprehension as humans, would that change anything for you? I’ll leave you with the thought, what if?

A reminder: Life is meant to be enjoyable not just survivable! Give yourself permission to stop & take a break, even if it’s just 10 minutes, when you step out of the daily pressure for 10 mins to pause/reset it can make a big difference x

As I write this post I’m onboard a plane to Bris

As I write this post I’m onboard a plane to Brisbane! After spending a fabulous week with my family, reconnecting with nature & taking some time to fill my cup in Broome 🥰
Today our flight was supposed to be about 2 1/2 hrs back to Perth arriving in the afternoon, but the flight got cancelled & instead we have to fly to Brisbane then get another plane to Perth arriving around midnight & an extension of about 8 hrs to our trip, we have an interesting time ahead as we only have a few minutes to catch our next flight & my 7 yr old will hopefully b able to sleep during the flight,but what an adventure!!!
How we choose to see our situation often determines if we have a positive or a negative experience. Life is full of twists & turns, some things we get to plan & some plans are changed outside of our control. The more we can accept & flow with life the less resistance we encounter 🙏💕
